Terms of Service are subject to change without notice

If you request an order, this means you have read, understood, and agreed to my terms.

General:

• I only accept Paypal
• I accept payment before or after the first sketch, the commission must be fully paid before I start on line art or colouring.
• I may charge extra for extremely complicated characters.
• Customers must provide clear photos or references for the character they want drawn. If you send in a reference sheet, please ensure it’s clear and preferably unshaded.
• Customers must ensure the character they are commissioning art for is not stolen or copied.
• I will send the customer screenshots of sketches and progress images of the commission before completing it. Look at the picture thoroughly to ensure there are no mistakes. You may ask for changes or edits within reason.
• If the commission is finished I will not be able to make changes or edits to the piece.
• Allow me at least 2-3 weeks of time to work on your commission, there may be delays due to long queues and life events.
• You may give a deadline if it’s a birthday gift or something you need done quickly. If it is a very short deadline, you may have to pay a rush fee. Please understand that quality work takes time).
• I can refuse or cancel a commission for any reason with a full refund to you, the buyer.
• Buyer can not request a full refund if I have already finished the line art, any attempts at a refund after that will not be entertained.
• No refunds can be offered after the commission has been fully completed.
• If the buyer does not respond or does not pay for the commission for over 2 weeks, after the sketch has been shown, work will be scrapped. Buyer does not own any work that they have not paid for.
